Dear Crafter,
The 34th Annual Franklin Newcomers & Friends Craft Fair will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2008 from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm, at the Tri-County Regional Vocational High School in Franklin, MA. The craft fair is a tradition for the Town of Franklin and local charities benefit from the funds raised by this annual event. After the success of last year’s show, we anticipate increased interest in the fair from crafters and an even larger number of customers. Franklin Newcomers & Friends is extending you an invitation to participate in this exciting event!
Attached please find the fair contract and application. Please review the Contract for Exhibit Space carefully and keep it for your records. As in the past, we ask that you mail your completed and signed Application for Exhibit Space with your check or money order, a self-addressed stamped (with two first-class stamps) business envelope, and the following high-quality photographs:
· At least one of your exhibit/display booth showing your current major & minor craft
· At least one of you at work creating your current major craft
· At least one high-quality close-up picture of your current major & minor craft
Only applications submitted with the above information will be accepted and juried. All items must be handmade and no vendors will be allowed. Any application received without a self-addressed stamped (two first-class stamps) business envelope will be rejected and not returned to you.
The deadline to submit your application is June 6, 2008. Spaces will fill quickly, so we encourage you to apply well before the deadline. Applications postmarked after the June 6th deadline should include an additional $10 late fee. This is a juried event and notifications of acceptance will be mailed by August 1, 2008.
